This Privacy Policy applies to the Lifestyle Ledger mobile application and related services operated by Gorfion GmbH (the “Service Provider”).
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 27 August 2026.
What information does the Application obtain?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of ordinary network connectivity. Gorfion does not retain this information or use it for tracking.
Precise location information
Lifestyle Ledger does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Do third parties receive information?
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, Gorfion does not share such information with third parties.
Data Retention
Lifestyle Ledger does not require a user account and does not create a server-side profile for ordinary app use.
If you voluntarily contact Gorfion outside normal app use, for example by email, the information you provide may be retained only as needed to respond to your request, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.
Data Deletion
Where Lifestyle Ledger stores expense records, categories, notes, tags, templates, favorites, comparisons, reminders, settings, or similar information locally on your device, you can remove that information using controls available in the Application, by clearing the Application’s local storage through your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application.
If you voluntarily provided personal information to Gorfion outside normal app use, such as by sending an email, you may request deletion by contacting support@gorfion.site. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law. Gorfion does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected through ordinary use of the Application itself.
Security
Because Lifestyle Ledger does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of such data through Gorfion systems is limited. No technical system is completely secure, and reasonable safeguards are applied to systems and any information lawfully held.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting ordinary app-user personal data is minimal. If a security incident affects personal information that you voluntarily provided to Gorfion, appropriate steps and notifications will be provided where required by applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Gorfion may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version with a revised effective date.

Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to Gorfion and processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
